Left Over Halloween Candy?!
Make..Milky Way Cupcakes!
** Mine made 37.
Filling:
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
3 tbsp water
1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
Place the chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until the chips are melted, stirring after every 45 seconds to prevent overheating. Once the chips are melted, add the marshmallow cream and the water and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Cut a cone shaped piece out of the cupcake. Slice off the bottom of the cone andeat it throw it away, saving the top...fill the hole with the filling, place the top of the cone on top of the filling..
Frosting: 1 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 pound powdered sugar 1/2 cup caramel topping Pinch of salt ...Top the cupcakes with some Carmel and a slice of Milky Way...

Ingredients
- 3 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda

- 1 1/3 cups sour cream
- 1 1/3 cups boiling water
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream brown sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture. Mix on low just until combined. Stir in water until blended. Pour into cupcakes-Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.** Mine made 37.
